Trigger Not Firing After IST to UTC Conversion

I’ve set up a workflow that should trigger at a specific time. I converted the time from IST to UTC+0 and scheduled it accordingly. However, even after the scheduled time has passed, the workflow is not triggering as expected.

Could you please look into this issue?
