When we tested this, the element was removed successfully. This appears to be a cache-related issue on your end. Please try clearing your browser cache or removing the block using an incognito/private browsing tab, and check if it works as expected.

This is not working; I tested it
1. Incognito window
2. Restart laptop
3. Change laptop

We are able to see the option to delete the block on our end. Please check the video shared below:
