Using Meta Ads as a source and fetching in Zoho, also using data formatter , unable to fetch lead source, campaign id

Could you please share the workflow URL where you’re facing this issue?

Additionally, if you're using Facebook Lead Ads as the trigger and not receiving Ad Set or Campaign details, please note that these details are only available when a real lead is captured in the workflow; they do not appear during sample/test lead capture.

We recommend capturing a real lead to retrieve the complete set of lead data.

I tried to fill the leads - https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing/ and leads is captured but Lead source, Campaign Id, Ad set is not coming.

As mentioned earlier, the campaign ID, ad set ID, and related details are only captured when a real lead is submitted through the ad form. The responses you’ve captured so far appear to be test leads, which do not include these fields.

We recommend clicking the Recapture Response button and submitting a real lead by filling out the actual ad form. This is the only way to retrieve the complete set of campaign and adset details.

Previously it worked smoothly, without the response data how we can Map the data fields in zoho.

It seems like you were able to capture the desired fields.
