Unable to Verify Sender Email & Activate Delivery Server

Dear Pabbly Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

We are facing an issue while configuring the email delivery server in our Pabbly account.

Our sender email address [email hidden] has been added, but the verification status is showing the following:

• CNAME 1: ❌ Not Verified
• CNAME 2: ❌ Not Verified
• DMARC: ❌ Not Verified
• Approval Status: Draft
• Delivery Server Status: Inactive

Due to this, we are unable to activate the delivery server and send emails.

Kindly help us identify the issue and guide us on the following:

1. Whether the required DNS records have been generated correctly.
2. If any additional DNS records need to be added or updated.
3. Whether there is any issue with the domain verification process.
4. The steps required to complete the sender email approval and activate the delivery server.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue for your reference.

Thank you for reaching out.

After reviewing the details, we found that your sender email is still in Draft status because the required DNS records (CNAME 1, CNAME 2, and DMARC) have not yet been verified. As a result, the Delivery Server remains Inactive.

Kindly ensure that the following DNS records have been added to your domain's DNS settings exactly as provided:

• CNAME

  • Hostname: u8eb995c0.icanindia.com

  • Value: mserv.pabbly.com

• CNAME

  • Hostname: pabbly._domainkey.icanindia.com

  • Value: pabbly._domainkey.mserv.pabbly.com

• TXT (DMARC)

  • Hostname: _dmarc.icanindia.com

  • Value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:[email protected]; pct=10;

Once these DNS records are added correctly, it generally takes 2–3 hours for verification. However, depending on your DNS provider, propagation may take up to 24–48 hours.

After the records have been verified, the sender approval status will update, and you'll be able to activate the delivery server and start sending emails.

If the verification is still pending after the DNS propagation period, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

We have already added the required DNS records as per the instructions shared. Please find the attached screenshots of our DNS configuration for your reference.

The following records have been added:

• CNAME 1

  • Hostname: u8eb995c0.icanindia.com

  • Value: mserv.pabbly.com

  • Hostname: pabbly._domainkey.icanindia.com

  • Value: pabbly._domainkey.mserv.pabbly.com

• DMARC TXT

  • Hostname: _dmarc.icanindia.com

  • Value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:[email hidden]; pct=10;

Despite adding these records, the sender is still showing as Draft, and the Delivery Server remains Inactive.

Could you please verify the DNS records from your end and let us know if there is any issue or if any additional configuration is required? We would appreciate your assistance in activating the sender.
