WATI Error

I am trying to have wati send a template message upon a form submission on my website (directly through Metform and via Google Drive). But I keep getting error 400.
The application processed the request but returned a blank response. Refer to the HTTP status code above for details.
I have tried multiple times and through sheets / metform - deleting flow and creating new one. creating a new form on website. Nothing is working.

Make sure to establish a new connection with your WATI account.
All this was done multiple times but still kept failing. Someone from WATI helped fix it for the moment. But I'm still testing if it's working consistently.
