WATI Messages not going

Hello Team,

I am using Shopify for my e-shop my workflow entire steps are working where I am taking data and putting into Google Sheet and then sending thank you messages to users whatsapp number using Wati WhatsApp messages. But my workflow is giving success message and I am not receiving whatsapp message from the funnel.
