Webhook is not triggering response from Getresponse

We're facing an urgent issue with our automation. We've configured the *GetResponse – Contact Form Subscribe* trigger and added the Pabbly webhook in GetResponse, but new leads are not triggering the workflow in Pabbly.
Could you please check if this can be fixed from your end? If needed, we're available for a quick Google Meet to resolve it as soon as possible.
