Webhooks not working

I set up 2 workflows with webhooks. Many leads have been sent through both of these webhooks, but the webhooks aren't picking up any data. And the webhooks are set up correctly in the software they're pulling from.

Can you please sahre the workflow URL once in which you have tried it, so that we can look into it?
It shows, "Response A" from 5 days ago. We have had hundreds of leads since 5 days ago.

It appears that the webhook response has not been captured in your workflow, and the setup may not be correct.
Please ensure you capture the webhook response from the triggering application and proceed to set up the action step where you wish to process the leads. Also, remember to activate your workflow.
