what happening?!! [fb lead ad] save and send test loading in loop (utc +007)

never happend to me before.
today I create new lead ad form > create test lead in fb dev tool >
and click "save and send test" as usual, but this time it loading in loop.
anyone has this issue as me?
** i'm from utc +7 timezone**

leads are captured as normal. but i need some new fields from new form to used.
"save and send test request" is back to work.
