Hi team @Preeti Paryani @ArshilAhmad

I recently changed my WABA account so i updated the connection details

I am getting this error in Pabbly WhatsApp API, when i try to send a approved template message:

Unsupported post request. Object with ID '{{phone_no_id}}' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

I checked the permanent access token and it has all the required permissions

I did a lot of research, re-registered the number etc but still getting same error

Also i am able to send template messages from my provider, so there is no problem in WABA config and account is approved, registered and active

Please help me fix this issue.

Hi @revivemasculinity,

The workflow you shared contains multiple WhatsApp Cloud API action steps. Could you please provide a screenshot showing the exact step where you’re encountering this issue?

@ArshilAhmad @Preeti Paryani this is for all the steps where Cloud API app is used. You can pick the one with 22H our one to do save and test request. But all of them are facing issue. You can pick nearest one or one with 22H (Top right)
