whatsapp cloud api with flows template error (WhatsApp Cloud API: Error Code 131009 – "Parameter value is not valid" when using Flow Template)

Hi Pabbly Support Team,

I’m facing an issue while trying to send a WhatsApp message using a template that includes a Flow link (created using WhatsApp Flows under Cloud API).

? Issue Details:

• When I test the API connection via Pabbly Connect, I get the following error:

? Setup Info:

• Channel: WhatsApp Cloud API
• Tool: Pabbly Connect
• Template Name: check_tmp
• Flow Button Sub-Type: Used “View Flow” button with the pre-approved Flow
• Message Type: Marketing (Green Label: Active – Quality pending)

✅ What I’ve Checked:

• The template is approved and visible in WhatsApp Manager
• Flow is correctly attached in template preview
• Token and setup are valid (other templates without Flow work fine)
• Tried changing “sub_type” value but still same error from Meta

? Help Needed:

• Is this a limitation with Meta Flow buttons + Cloud API in Pabbly?
• Is there a specific “components” JSON structure expected for Flow buttons?
• Can you please provide the correct way to send such a message from Pabbly?
