Whatsapp Coexistence feature

WhatsApp has a new feature that allows you to connect the WhatsApp Business App (which is on the phone) to Meta. You can use this to chat with customers, send templates, and still use it on the phone.

I wanted to know if Pabbly ChatFlow supports it?

I am getting this error after the QR code scanning is complete. On my WhatsApp business app it shows Pabbly is the Business Platform. I can also see it in the Whatsapp section that this number is added.

Please make a short screen recording by following the exact steps shown in the thread shared above, and highlight the exact point at which you're encountering the issue.

Do I need to have a verified business name before adding it to ChatFlow? I am getting a new error now

The error message indicates that your display name does not meet the criteria set by Meta and needs to be updated. We recommend that you log in to your WhatsApp Business Manager account and update the display name to comply with Meta’s guidelines.

Once you update the display name, Meta will review and verify it within approximately 48 hours. You should also receive a notification about the verification status directly in your WhatsApp Business app.

Please go ahead and update the display name, and let us know if the issue persists after the verification is complete.

This error usually occurs when trying to connect with a phone number from a restricted region. Could you please confirm whether the phone number you are attempting to connect to is from Mexico? Also, let us know whether you are trying to connect a regular WhatsApp number or a WhatsApp Business app phone number.

It's a WhatsApp Business number from Mexico that I've had for about 5 years.
I ran a test using an app called Wahticket, which offers WhatsApp Coexistence, and I got it working.
However, I'm interested in using Pabbly.
