After sending a template message, the customer replied to this but the replies are not showing up here.

Also there is no option to send message, see if message is read and 24 hours status shows inactive

It seems the webhook may not have been properly configured under the API setup. We recommend redoing the webhook installation process by following the attached tutorial starting from the 20:00 timestamp. Please ensure all steps are followed accurately.

If i buy pabbly lifetime which gives 30k credits per month, Let's say i exhaust the 30k and i need addition 20k credits for THIS MONTH alone then how do i get it and what will be the cost?

But the next month i won't need more than 30k credits as per the lifetime plan
