WhatsApp Welcome Message Not Triggering via Pabbly Connect

Dear Pabbly Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I have designed my landing page using WordPress and integrated a lead capture form via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Additionally, I’ve set up WhatsApp automation using ManyChat.
My goal is to send an automatic WhatsApp Welcome Message as soon as a new lead is captured. For this, I have created a workflow (automation) in Pabbly Connect. However, the flow does not seem to be working as expected — the WhatsApp message is not being triggered.
Could you please assist me in identifying the issue or guide me on how to fix it?

We reviewed the response from ManyChat in your workflow, and the error returned is:
"Only PRO Account can use API"
This indicates that the ManyChat API you’re trying to use is only available for PRO accounts.
To resolve this issue, you’ll need to upgrade your ManyChat account to a PRO plan. Once upgraded, your WhatsApp welcome message automation through Pabbly Connect should work as expected.

It looks like you haven’t established a new connection with your ManyChat account. Kindly create a new connection and try again.
