I need help with configuring the Zoho trigger to capture field updates and map the lead's phone number to send a template through AiSensy. Please guide me through the steps or let me know if this use case is supported.

Hi Team,

I want to set up a workflow in Pabbly where:

  • When the "Lead Status" field is updated in Zoho CRM to specific values such as:
    • "Not Lifting"
    • "50-50"
    • "Interested"
    • "Not Interested"
    • "Willing to Visit"
    • "Visited"

Then, a corresponding predefined WhatsApp template should be triggered via AiSensy to that lead’s WhatsApp number.

Each status has a unique template in AiSensy.

Could you please guide me through:

  1. How to set the Zoho CRM trigger to detect field updates (not just new entries)?
  2. How to map each "Lead Status" value to its respective WhatsApp template in AiSensy using conditional logic?
  3. How to ensure the correct phone number is passed to AiSensy?

Looking forward to your support in setting this up.

Thanks,
Ravi Kumar Kondapalli

Hello @IACG Multimedia,

To set this up, follow these steps:

  1. Zoho CRM Trigger: Set up the trigger to capture lead status updates in Zoho CRM.
  2. Router Setup: Add a Router step to create different routes for each lead status (e.g., "Interested", "Not Interested"). Use a Filter in each route to check the status.
  3. Send WhatsApp Template: For each route, set up the action to send the corresponding WhatsApp template via AiSensy, using the correct phone number from Zoho CRM.

This will help you automatically send the right WhatsApp template based on the lead status.
