Where does the team member, who is assigned some chats from a different account, view it?

My flow filters out leads and sends the most relevant to the sales team member. However, the sales team member is unable to access the chats via their Pabbly inbox. Please help.

Hello Kunj,

Thanks for contacting us.

First, the Team Member has to access the WhatsApp Number for which you have given access from Settings-> Team Member-> WhatsApp Number Accounts Shared With You from their respective account. Once they access the number, then they can access the Team Queue section to check the assigned Chats.
