Which App supports WhatsApp REST API? like Ultramsg

I need send Video with caption but Ultramsg just can send video only.
Please advise!

Hello,

Currently, the WhatsApp Cloud API does not support sending messages to WhatsApp Groups. As all the mentioned applications work on the Cloud API, none of them can send messages to groups at this time.

No application supports sending messages to WhatsApp groups, because the official api doesn't support it.
