why broadcast msg getting failed

tried couples of time broadcast msg is failed showing zero contact but is contact list shown all contact, resolve this asap, waiting and really fed up using this first time and getting bad impression.

As we checked the template that you were trying to send as a broadcast campaign, there are 3 parameter values in the template, and as I can check, you have not added any custom field value along with the contacts that can dynamically replace those parameters. Kindly import the contacts with Custom field values along with the contacts, and then map those fields to the parameter values when sending the Broadcast campaign.
