Hello @rahulseth7979,
We’d like to inform you that Razorpay triggers are descriptive, meaning the responses sent by Razorpay are only visible under the Task History in Pabbly.
Also, duplicate entries may occur if:
- The same webhook has been added multiple times in Razorpay.
- Razorpay is sending the response more than once.
To troubleshoot this:
- Try creating a new workflow with a fresh webhook URL and test if the response is captured only once.
- Alternatively, check and delete any duplicate webhooks in your Razorpay account.
If the second workflow also captures duplicate responses, the issue likely lies with Razorpay, and we recommend reaching out to their support team for further investigation.
I am creating new workflow but same problem are facing
Hello @rahulseth7979,
In this case, we recommend reaching out directly to the Razorpay support team. Several of our users are currently experiencing similar issues, which indicates that the problem may be on their end.
Please let us know if you receive any updates from their team or need further assistance from our side.
Contact with the Razorpay support team But my problem are not solved Do you have any type of possible to help me then please help me
I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about this issue from our end. Since Razorpay uses descriptive webhooks, we don't have any control over the data it sends to us—we simply provide the webhook to capture the data. If the data is sent multiple times from their end, your workflow will trigger that many times.
