Why Gmail Response are not capturing

Maine ek Naya work flow banaya Hai Pabby mein action mere Gmail properly connected hai but response capture nahin kar raha pabby aur Maine दो-तीन bar TRAI kiya abhi re-connect karke fir bhi vah capture nahin kar raha please solve my problem as soon as possible
