Why is all this junk text being added?

Hello, all this junk text is being added after the values. Ive tried everything from cloning, recreating from new and editing saving and closing then coming back. The junk text keeps getting created

In the Text Formatter action where you are using the Text to Split operation, could you please confirm which field was originally mapped?

Additionally, could you let us know:

• Was the Full Name field mapped only once, or was it mapped multiple times within the action?
• What exact set of actions did you perform before this issue started occurring?
• Does this happen every time you map that particular field, or only in specific cases?

I am not sure when it occurred I just saw that the output for name on mailer light included the junk text which is unwanted,
When I went back into pabbly to fix it, i couldn't remove the junk text no matter what I've tried., it keeps adding it back in.
original field name is full name, splitting it into first and last name only

We checked the action again and noticed that when we remove the HTML text from the mapped field, save the action, and refresh the workflow, the mapping remains correct and the unwanted HTML text does not get added back from our end.

We have saved the action with the correct Full Name field mapping for both the First Name and Last Name extraction steps. Since this appears to have been a one-time occurrence and we currently do not have a reproducible process to trigger the issue, we won't be able to escalate it to our technical team at this stage.

Could you please test the workflow with a new task and check whether the issue still persists? Let us know the results, and if the problem reoccurs, we'll be happy to investigate further.

Hey there, it's still a problem on the name field which is the biggest part of the issue as it's adding the HTML code to their name profile on mailerlite

I checked the workflow again and removed the unnecessary HTML content from the Last Name field mapping. After saving the action, the changes were saved successfully from our end and the unwanted text did not reappear.

Could you please run the workflow again and check how it behaves now? We would also recommend testing it through the complete automation flow and verifying whether the HTML code is still being passed to MailerLite.
