Gsheet CRM workflow triggering without payment, old clients are still getting mail for access

Thanks for sharing the workflow URL. It seems your workflow is getting triggered on update, as per the trigger response. Refer to the attached image for a better understanding.

To avoid such issues you would have make some adjustments at your trigger source in order to trigger a workflow on creation or at a specific condition.
