In the Category ID field, you need to map the ID associated with a category, not its name. The ID associated with 'Recettes' is '15', so you must map '15' in the Category ID field. This seems to have fixed the issue you were encountering.
You can set up a Lookup Table inside your workflow to automatically provide the IDs associated with a particular category, which you can then map to the 'Create a Post' action step.
