Workflow Automatically Turned Off for NO REASON and Affect Apps Performance

Dear Support.
Past 1 week we have been experiencing the above captioned, and our apps stop working totally for no reason. When we traced into the workflow, it was switched off!

Please check the edit log of this workflow. It appears that it was turned of due to your tasks being consumed. Although, as you have turned it on now, it will work accordingly.

Is there a feature whereby we can check all the workflow that is Off?

You can get a notification when your tasks are consumed. Please refer to the screenshot below,
Kindly add Gmail Step after this and try sending an email to yourself. So that whenever your tasks get exhausted, you will receive an email notification.
