Workflow stopped working

Workflow stopped working on September 20th.
Even if I turn it on and off, it doesn't work.

SQL More than 30 new data come in every day. Even if I set up a new workflow, it doesn't work.
It's been 5 days since it stopped working.
When I press the Test Request button, it works fine, but it doesn't proceed automatically.
Please check if something is blocked.
