Wp Amelia to Klaviyo (Need help with Klaviyo part)

I keep getting errors no matter how I set it up.
I've watched the typeform video, but I think the API has changed because I can't find those options.

I am trying to get the email, name, and phone number into klaviyo, subscribe it to the Signed up for Tour list, and have them NOT be subscribed for any marketing.

I assume you already have the profiles in Klaviyo when appointment details are captured from WP Amelia. If so, you can set up your workflow as follows. We have already added the necessary step to your workflow on your behalf.

If not, replace the 'Search Profile' action step with the 'Create/Update Profile' action step.

What if I don't know whether the profile exists or not ? Some may exist, some may not. Do i need to do separate flows or something ?

I just set up a router to check if the ID exists in the klaviyo database, but i keep getting errors ?

We have added a dummy profile to your Klaviyo account to fix the issue in Route 2 of your workflow. This was necessary to complete the setup. Your workflow is now set up correctly. You can delete the profile associated with the email address '[email hidden]' from your workflow.
