WPFORMS to EDWORKING

Right now, I use Zapier. The set up is simple 5 steps.
1. New leads wpforms submissions.
2. Edworking Create a task.
3. Looping By Text to generate photo url.
4. Google Drive captures photo files
5. Edworking Uploads the photos to the task.
6. QuickBooks finds or creates a new customer.
Zap Done!
These zaps are extremely unstable and extremely inconsistent.
I came to Pabbly to see if I could resolve the issue.
Pabbly seems/looks easier but it's not it just as confusing as Zapier was at first.
I've set up WPFORMS and EDWORKING both. I tested the connection it does not work. I've spent a lot of time fighting with Zapier only to come here to have the same fight.
Zapier & Pabbly are my only two options.
The business we have generates leads 24 hours around the clock and we need for the information to get transferred to edworking consistently without me having to patch or rerun the actions.

Could you please share the workflow URL where you're experiencing this issue? Also, could you elaborate a bit more on which step you're encountering the issue in and what exactly is happening?
