You are not permitted to perform this action.

I have followed the Twitter/ X connection guide and receive this error "You are not permitted to perform this action."
Any ideas to fix?

The X connection works fine in my Abell DJ FB Post TBT Thursday but not Google Review to Social. Both use the same connection. Any reason for this?
